To celebrate Harvest the parishioners of St.Margarets enjoyed a fish and chip supper. This was a wonderful social occasion where thanks could be given to God for his bountiful provision.

On Harvest Sunday the church was decorated with flowers and food. All donations of food will be taken to the Food Bank and if you have not yet made a donation there is still time.

Christmas celebrations

St Margarets was privileged to celebrate this very special time with many of our parishioners. Our Christmas Coffee morning indicated the start of  the festive season and those who attended enjoyed coffee, mince pies and a chat. This was followed by the traditional Carol Service where sherry and sausage rolls were served. The Crib Service on Christmas Eve retold the story of Jesus's birth and the younger members built the crib scene at the altar. This was followed by a time where members could light candles on the altar to remember a loved one.

May we wish all a very peaceful New Year

Remembering those in Fletton who never returned...Lest we forget

A poignant display in church recalls the events of Passchendaele and the role the men of Fletton played in these events. Through a series of evocative personal histories the reader can learn about the conditions the men encountered, the strategies of engagement and the devastating loss of life.

We will remember them...

This wonderful floral display captures the elements of remembrance.

Golden Wedding Anniversary

Maureen and Geoff Robinett celebrated their Golden Wedding anniversary on 23rd September 2017. On the 24th September at the morning service Rev Bill blessed the happy couple.
